Anonymity and Security Tips
The technology used allows you to remain anonymous if you so wish. If you make an anonymous report, follow these tips to protect your identity:
Do not include any personal data or information that may reveal your identity. When attaching files, make sure they do not contain personal data you do not wish to disclose.
Ensure that your internet connection is secure, indicated by the padlock icon next to the address bar.
If you are an employee, we recommend making the anonymous report from a personal device, not belonging to the company and without connection to the company’s internal network, so that your IP address cannot be identified nor therefore linked to any employee.
The channel allows anonymous communications; information without identifying data of the informant will be accepted for processing, and will be handled with the utmost care and proportionality:
Important:
If you choose to disclose your identity, this information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will only be known to the Person Responsible for the Internal Information System.
