MACCORP EXACT CHANGE, E.P., S.A. has initiated a process of adaptation and improvement of the accessibility of its website in order to enable access to all users, adapting its design to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.

Automated Teller Machines and Point of Sale Terminals

New Terminals (from June 2025)

MACCORP EXACT CHANGE, E.P., S.A. guarantees that all ATMs and POS terminals in service from June 28, 2025 will be accessible to all users, complying with all legal accessibility parameters for barrier-free use, allowing flexible controls for magnification, brightness or contrast by the terminal itself, or adapting text-to-speech technology.

Existing Terminals (before June 2025)

ATMs and POS terminals in service before June 28, 2025 will remain operational until the end of their economically useful life, but in no case beyond June 28, 2040. During this transition period, we will work to minimize any accessibility barriers that may arise.

Mobile Applications

MACCORP EXACT CHANGE, E.P., S.A. is committed to offering mobile applications accessible to all users, regardless of their abilities.

All mobile applications launched after June 28, 2025 will comply with applicable accessibility standards, ensuring their compatibility with assistive technologies and facilitating their use by people with disabilities.

Accessibility in Physical Offices

MACCORP EXACT CHANGE, E.P., S.A. works to ensure that its offices are accessible to all people, including those with reduced mobility or disabilities.

Space Adaptation:

Our facilities are being progressively adapted to comply with current accessibility regulations, facilitating physical access to all our services.
